1General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the no1ji online gaming platform, including all services, features, games, and content available through our website located at no1ji.cam (the "Platform"). 2.3 Geographic and Legal Restrictions

The Platform is available exclusively to users physically located within the Philippines at the time of accessing gaming services. 3.4 One Account Per Person Policy

Each player is strictly limited to one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and all associated balances, bonuses, and winnings will be forfeited. no1ji uses sophisticated systems to detect duplicate accounts, including but not limited to matching personal information, payment methods, IP addresses, and device identifiers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, no1ji disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. no1ji does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, no1ji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Platform, even if no1ji has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall no1ji's total liability to you exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

10.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless no1ji, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions;

10.4 Dispute Resolution

The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

10.5 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, for any actions not subject to arbitration.

10.6 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.7 Entire Agreement
